EULA - End User License Agreement

BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND
ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU FULLY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE
SOFTWARE. By accepting this license agreement and installing the Spam
Crusher software, the user accepts full responsibility. The user has
thirty (30) days to evaluate the software. At the end of that time the
user must either register the program, or remove it from their computer.
American Systems accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from its
use and makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied,
including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided "AS IS", and
you, its user, assume all risks when using it.
